Being one of the first medical patients in California back in 1997 I was lucky enough to witness the “wild west” of medical marijuana dispensaries popping up from the Bay Area to Los Angeles. Fast forward to 2008 and I was working in a dispensary and this strain (OG LA Affie) was called “PK or Pure Kush”, so I looked up Pure Kush pics and that actually looks like what we used to call “Private Reserve”, anyhoo this strain pictured here OG LA Affie looks identical to what we called “Pure Kush”, makes sense since it is 100% Indica. Employees were only allowed to purchase 7 grams as we would only get 2oz. every 2-3 months apart. Unfortunately none was available for patients since it was so hard to obtain.
This is a really special strain. Think of Indica candy. The Best Indica with the absolute Best taste. This is the one strain everyone wants in their collection. Trust me when I say in the last 45 years of smoking cannabis, this one is definitely in the top 10 of favorites!
