At Royal King Seeds, we put the needs of our clients first. We will give you a complete refund if you are unhappy with your order.
Returns
After you receive your order, Royal King Seeds accepts returns for up to seven days.
To start the return procedure and inform us that you wish to return a product, please get in touch with us. Prior to receiving our confirmation that your return has been received, do not return the products. You will receive a unique mailing address from us that is solely used for returns. The main office addresses given on the website should not be used for product returns.
Without this confirmation, Royal King Seeds will not give a refund for any product returned to us.
We highly advise enclosing a tracking number with your returned items so you can make sure they are sent safely and are received. We take no responsibility for things before they are received by our warehouse.
Refunds
We will repay you for the returned goods using the same payment method as soon as our shipping facility confirms receipt of your package. (For instance, if a credit card was used to purchase the order, the amount will be reimbursed to that card.)
