Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, exchange or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a replacement, you will need to email and provide documentation showing the issue with your order(photos are a great form of documentation so please always keep your records incase you need a replacement.)

To complete your return/replacement, we require your order number, full name and address.

Please do not send your purchase back without emailing us first and getting approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If some of your items are already used.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


We only replace items if they are defective or or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, send us an email at {}

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a large order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it does no have a tracking number.
