95% is the threshold at which our replacement remedy applies. If fewer than 95% of the eligible seeds in a qualifying order germinate when handled exactly as this policy requires, we replace them.
It is deliberately not a prediction of the rate you will see at home. Germination in a home setup moves with temperature stability, water quality, seed age at planting, and handling — which is why the guarantee is tied to a defined method rather than to your result under unknown conditions.
Every release batch is germination-tested before it is allocated to a store. A batch that does not clear the 95% floor is pulled rather than discounted.

All feminized and autoflower cannabis seeds bought directly from a Royal King Seeds store. No minimum order value or seed count is required.
The paper-towel method: seeds between moist (not soaked) paper towels, kept at 20–25 °C / 68–77 °F, in darkness, checked daily. Seeds planted straight into soil or another medium where germination cannot be observed are not covered — not because they will not sprout, but because the outcome cannot be verified.
Seeds must be kept cool, dark and dry from delivery until germination, and germinated within 90 days of delivery. Seeds exposed to heat, moisture, light or freezing, or germinated after that window, are not covered.
An eligible claim is replaced with free seeds of the same strain, with replacement shipping paid by us. That replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee — it is not a refund, and it does not extend to a second replacement of the replacement.
Not covered: germination or storage outside the conditions above; seeds germinated after the 90-day window; transit damage (that is a shipping claim, not a germination claim); anything that happens after germination — yield, potency, phenotype, hermaphroditism, or the outcome of the grow; and any use unlawful where the buyer is.
