What does LST mean and when should I start?
LST = Low Stress Training. You bend branches down and tie them so the canopy is flat and even. Start at the 4th-5th node. This exposes more bud sites to light and can double your yield. Use soft plant ties — wire can cut into stems.

Went through this exact scenario. Fixed it by adjusting watering schedule and it bounced back in 3 days.
