CO2 supplementation — is it worth it for home growers?

Seeing people run CO2 in their tents. Is this actually worth the cost and hassle for a hobby grower? What kind of yield increase can I realistically expect?

Check out the Mars Hydro or Spider Farmer options — both are excellent bang for buck.
