one plant, one filter, no problems

running a single plant in a 2x2 with a properly sized carbon filter will outperform two plants with a janky setup every time. i learned this the hard way. chasing yield by cramming more plants in just created more odor surface area and more stress. get a 4 inch ac infinity with a matching carbon filter rated for your cfm. seal every gap in your tent with foil tape, not duct tape. duct tape creeps over time and you get pinhole leaks right at the worst moment. for vertical space, top once around week 3 and train outward. in a small column you want width not height. a short wide canopy keeps everything in the sweet spot of your light and under the filter intake. low odor strains are real and they matter in tight quarters. ran a northern lights last cycle and the filter barely had to work. compare that to a fruity or diesel cut and its night and day. strain choice is part of your smell control strategy, not separate from it.
