quick perpetual update, chop and pop this week

just pulled a blueberry cheese auto yesterday after 78 days from sprout. she went a little longer than i expected but the extra week was worth it, trichs were mostly cloudy with a good chunk of amber creeping in. wet weight came in just over 4oz off a pretty modest plant, maybe 14 inches tall with some aggressive lst keeping her flat. drying in the corner of the tent right now behind a hanging sheet. the same day i chopped i dropped a gorilla glue auto seed into a cup of water. thats kind of the whole system, the moment something comes down something else goes in. no dark period drama, no light cycle flipping, just a constant rotation and the tent stays full basically year round. running three plants total in the 3x3 right now at different stages. the og kush auto is about 5 weeks in and stacking nicely, and i have a fast version strain at week 2 just starting to show its first real leaves. staggering by two or three weeks between plants keeps it manageable and you almost always have something close to harvest. autos get a bad rap from photoperiod growers but a perpetual auto setup in a small tent is honestly hard to beat for consistent personal supply. you just have to stop treating them like photos and let them do their thing.

I’ve been running some The Seed Pharm autos lately and I’ve been thinking about moving toward something like this. The shorter overall cycle and no light flip really does make perpetual growing a lot simpler compared to photos
